Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DeskFlows (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms at any time — the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Intellectual property
All editorial content on the Site — articles, guides, comparisons, illustrations, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to DeskFlows. You may quote brief excerpts (up to 100 words) with a clear attribution link back to the original article. Reproducing full articles, wholesale copying of page structure, or systematic scraping is not permitted without prior written consent.
Purchased digital products (template packs, printables, and downloadable files sold through this Site) are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use them in your own Notion workspace, personal projects, or internal business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share download links publicly, or repackage them as your own products, in whole or in part. One license is for one individual user.
Affiliate links
Some links on this Site are affiliate links. When you click one and make a qualifying purchase or signup, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our approach to affiliate links is described in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Editorial recommendations are not influenced by the existence of an affiliate relationship.
Digital product terms
Digital products are sold and delivered through Stripe. Payment processing, refund eligibility timelines, and purchase dispute resolution are governed by Stripe's Services Agreement and their payment processor's policies. All products are delivered as digital downloads — there are no physical goods and no shipping.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for genuine product defects. If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially misrepresented relative to its published description, contact us at our contact page and we will make it right.
Disclaimer of warranties
DeskFlows publishes editorial content about productivity tools, Notion templates, and workspace systems. This content represents the editorial team's research and opinions — it is not professional advice of any kind.
Specifically, nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or business structure advice. Tool and template recommendations are opinions based on documented feature descriptions, publicly stated pricing, and practitioner reports — not certified professional assessments. For decisions that affect your business, finances, or legal standing, consult a qualified professional.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pricing, feature availability, and third-party tool terms change frequently — we verify information periodically but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeskFlows and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or purchase or use of any digital product. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party tools, platforms, and resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Links do not constitute endorsement beyond what is stated in the editorial content.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically if you are a regular user or have purchased a product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
